Introduction 1.1 The website www.365apparel.co (hereinafter — the “Website”) is owned and operated by Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR (hereinafter — the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). 1.2 These terms and conditions (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern your use of our Website and the services made available on it (hereinafter — the “Services”), including the ability to purchase our products online. 1.3 By using the Website or ordering our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Website. 1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Website. We recommend checking the Terms prior to each use of the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Order Placement 2.1 All orders are accepted via our Website. We provide up-to-date information on products, prices and delivery times. 2.2 Prior to confirming your order, please ensure all information is correct. We are not responsible for errors made during data entry. 2.3 After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation containing information about the items ordered and delivery terms. 2.4 An order is considered accepted and the purchase agreement concluded only after dispatch of the goods, which you will be notified of by separate email. 3. Use of the Website 3.1 These Terms do not affect your legal rights. For further information on consumer rights, please consult the relevant local authorities. 3.2 You undertake to provide only accurate, up-to-date and complete information when registering on the Website or placing an order. Should any changes occur, please inform us. 3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the Website or any part thereof temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. 3.4 The Website may include links to third-party resources. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it. By using such links you agree to the terms of those third-party sites. 3.5 Any materials uploaded by you to the Website or sent via social media are considered non-confidential and may be used at the Company’s discretion. We reserve the right to disclose your identity in the event of third-party claims relating to copyright infringement or confidentiality breach. 3.6 We accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of user-posted materials on the Website and reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. 4. Purchase of Goods 4.1 All goods of 365.APParel can be ordered via our Website www.365apparel.co . We deliver to Belgrade, Novi Sad and other cities in Serbia. 4.2 Product prices, delivery and payment terms are specified on the checkout page. Please check the information carefully before confirming your order to avoid errors. 4.3 After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. Please note this is an order confirmation and not dispatch confirmation. The purchase agreement enters into force only after the goods have been dispatched, which you will be separately notified of. 4.4 We reserve the right to make changes to product range, pricing and available delivery options. 5. Orders 5.1 Orders are accepted via our Website and processed during working hours. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is correct. 5.2 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase agreement. 5.3 We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. However, the order may be declined if: the product is out of stock; we could not verify your payment details; you provided incorrect information when placing the order. 5.4 If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund your payment if it has already been made. 5.5 After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation including an order number and delivery details. However, the purchase agreement is considered concluded only after dispatch of the goods, which you will receive separate notification of. 5.6 We reserve the right to refuse to process an order if we suspect fraud or incorrect information has been provided. 6. Prices 6.1 Product prices are quoted in the local currency and include VAT. Delivery cost is calculated and displayed at the checkout stage. 6.2 All prices and offers remain valid at the time of posting. The price shown at checkout when you confirm the order will be fixed, except in cases of obvious error. 6.3 If your bank card does not support transactions in the local currency, the final amount will be converted according to the exchange rate applied by your bank on the day of transaction. Additional currency conversion charges may be applied by your bank. 6.4 In case of pre-order you pay in advance and the goods are delivered as soon as stock arrives. The expected dispatch date is specified on the product page. 7. Payment 7.1 We accept the following payment methods: Online payment by bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Dina) via the secure Banca Intesa payment system; Cash or card payment upon delivery (in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia); Bank transfer to the company’s account. 7.2 Payment Security All online payments are processed via the secure Banca Intesa payment page, certified to international security standards. Transmission of card details (number, expiry date, CVC code) is encrypted using SSL. The 365.APParel online store does not store or have access to card details. 7.3 Currency and Conversion All payments are made in the Republic of Serbia’s currency — the dinar (RSD). If prices on the site are listed in euros, settlement is in dinars at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the transaction day. Minor discrepancies due to conversion may occur. 7.4 Cardholder Authorization You confirm that the payment method or other payment means belong to you or that you have legal right to use them. 7.5 Transaction Rejection If your payment is declined by your bank or fraud-prevention system, we are not responsible for any delay or cancellation of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if: payment details are rejected by the fraud-prevention system; we detect mismatch in the information provided; circumstances arise requiring additional verification. 7.6 Refunds In case of product return or order cancellation, the payment will be refunded to the same card used for payment, via the bank’s system, within the period prescribed by Banca Intesa’s rules. 8. Insurance and Delivery 8.1 Delivery of goods is carried out by reputable courier services. 8.2 Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided. 8.3 Each order is insured during transport until delivery at your address. A signature is required on receipt; thereafter responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have appointed a third-party recipient (for example, as a gift), their signature will be regarded as confirmation of delivery. 8.4 We reserve the right to split an order into multiple shipments. Each part will be considered a separate delivery. 9. Dispatch of Orders 9.1 After dispatch of the goods you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using this information. 9.2 A signature may be required upon delivery. We accept no liability for loss of the consignment if it has been signed for at the address you provided—even if you were not personally present (for example at a block reception). 9.3 If no one is present at the delivery address the courier will attempt delivery up to three times within three working days. If the order remains undelivered and no return instructions are received within five days, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. 9.4 Please ensure the address you supply when placing your order is accurate. We cannot redirect the parcel after dispatch. You are responsible for providing correct information. 10. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time 10.1 Delivery is available Monday to Sunday; national holidays may be exceptions. 10.2 Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. 10.3 Delivery times indicated are approximate and counted from dispatch. We will endeavour to deliver on time but cannot accept liability for delays caused by remote location or adverse weather conditions. 11. Returns 11.1 If you wish to return a product, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of receipt. 11.2 To initiate a return contact us via Instagram or email support@365apparel.co , quoting your order number. 11.3 We will provide return instructions and agree on your preferred method of returning the goods. 11.4 Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached and in our branded packaging. Items worn, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 11.5 Return shipping cost is not reimbursed, except in the case of defective items. 11.6 We recommend using a courier service with tracking to minimize the risk of loss. 12. Refunds 12.1 Refunds will be made to the same payment card or method used when placing the order. 12.2 The initial delivery cost is non-refundable except in the case of defective items. 12.3 After we receive the returned goods they undergo a quality check. If everything complies with our requirements, refund will be processed within five (5) working days from completion of the check. 12.4 You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund. 13. Order Cancellation 13.1 These Terms do not affect your right to cancel an order in accordance with consumer protection laws. 13.2 You may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the final item from a multi-item order. 13.3 To exercise your cancellation right, please notify us by email at support@365apparel.co , quoting your order number. 13.4 Once we receive your request our team will contact you and provide instructions for returning the goods. If a return form was included with your order, please fill it in and include it in the parcel. This helps us process your return faster. 13.5 Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs, as free delivery does not apply to orders cancelled after delivery. 13.6 We recommend insuring the return parcel and using a tracked courier service, as you bear responsibility for the goods until we receive them back. 13.7 All returned items must be in original condition, with tags and no signs of wear, and shipped from the country to which the order was originally delivered. 13.8 After we receive and inspect the returned goods we will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days. If the goods have not been returned we may organise collection but any cost will be charged to you.
