How to order team merch: six steps from headcount to quote
365.APParel team·Published
Team merch comes down to six steps: count the people and pick the garments, collect sizes, prepare the logo, choose the technique, check the minimum run and send us the details. With all six done, one message to us is enough for the whole order.
1. Who gets what
Start with a list: who gets merch and what each person gets. Our garments are 100% cotton. The Basic T-shirt is 250 g/m², the Oversize T-shirt 300 g/m², the hoodie and the sweatshirt 380 g/m². You can see and touch the fabric in our showrooms in Belgrade and Novi Sad.
2. Sizes and the two height versions
Ask the team for sizes before you write to us. Sizes run from XS to 5XL, and each size comes in two height versions: up to 180 cm and from 180 cm.
So ask each person for two numbers, size and height. Without the height we cannot choose the right version. If exact sizes are not in yet, send a rough split across the team.
3. The logo file
Send the logo as a vector file; a layered PDF works too. Make it at 1:1, so the size in the file is the size of the print on the garment.
Check the print size as well. DTF goes up to 30 cm wide, with a recommended height up to 50 cm and up to 100 cm possible. Screen printing goes up to 50 cm wide and 80 cm high. For placement, see Print placement and size on a T-shirt. The rest of the file checks are in How to prepare artwork for printing and embroidery.
4. Technique
We make team merch with DTF, screen printing and embroidery, and the choice depends on the logo and the run. The comparison table is in DTF, screen printing or embroidery for team merch.
DTF takes colorful or detailed designs. Embroidery suits a compact logo, and screen printing suits simple graphics in a large run. You do not have to choose before you write to us: describe what you want to print, and we will name the technique together with the quote.

5. Minimum run
Companies can order DTF and embroidery from 10 pieces, and screen printing starts at 20 pieces for everyone.
| Technique | Companies | Individuals |
|---|---|---|
| DTF | from 10 pcs | from 1 pc |
| Screen printing | from 20 pcs | from 20 pcs |
| Embroidery | from 10 pcs | from 1 pc |
A team of 12 with one garment each fits DTF or embroidery, but screen printing needs 20 pieces. If your quantity is close to a minimum, or the order mixes several garments, ask us on Telegram how we count it. Ask about production time in the same message as the quantity, since it depends on the run.
6. What to send us
For a quote we need four things:
- The logo as a vector file or a layered PDF, at 1:1.
- Which garments you want and how many, for example T-shirts and hoodies.
- Sizes: a list with size and height for each person, or a rough split.
- Placement: chest, back or sleeve.
