Public Offer

Introduction

This Public Offer (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR Beograd, Serbia (“365.APParel”, “we”, “us”) and any individual who places an order on 365apparel.co (the “Customer”, “you”).

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in full.

Company Information

Order Placement

An order is placed by selecting items on the website and completing the checkout form. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email or messenger. Our manager may contact you to confirm details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the information provided is incorrect, or the order cannot be fulfilled for other legitimate reasons.

Use of the Website

The website 365apparel.co is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the website — including photographs, text, and design — is the intellectual property of 365.APParel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Purchase of Goods

The contract of sale is concluded at the moment the Customer confirms receipt and payment for the goods during the courier try-on visit.

For orders shipped without a try-on (other cities, international), the contract is concluded at the moment of dispatch.

Orders

Each order may include multiple items. You may try all items and choose to keep any combination. You are under no obligation to purchase all items in your order.

We recommend ordering no more than 5–6 items per visit to ensure a comfortable try-on experience.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Serbian Dinar (RSD) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change. The price valid at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

For sizes 3XL and above, a price supplement may apply. The correct price is always shown on the product page.

Payment

Payment is accepted by the following methods:

• Cash, directly to the courier at delivery
• Bank card via terminal, directly to the courier at delivery
• Bank card online (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard) — processed securely by Banca Intesa ad Beograd

You pay only for the items you choose to keep after the courier try-on.

Currency Conversion

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Insurance and Delivery

Goods are in our responsibility until the moment they are handed to you by the courier. We ensure items are packaged appropriately for transport.

For shipments by third-party courier services (other cities in Serbia, international), standard carrier liability applies.

Dispatch of Orders

Belgrade orders are typically dispatched the same day if placed before 16:00. Novi Sad orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

We will contact you to confirm the delivery time slot before dispatch.

Delivery Zones, Times and Costs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

We acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days. If resolution requires additional time, we will notify you of the expected date.

Grounds for complaint: defective or damaged goods, items not matching the description on the website, incorrect delivery, or billing errors.

Cancellation: You may cancel an order at any time before the courier departs for delivery. Once the courier is en route, you may decline all items at the door. After delivery, the 14-day withdrawal right under Serbian consumer protection law applies (see Returns section below).

Returns

If an item does not fit during the try-on, simply return it to the courier on the spot — no forms, no packaging required.

Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by the same method used for the original payment, within 5–10 business days of approving the complaint or withdrawal.

In the event of a return of goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid using one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR Beogradis obliged to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dina payment methods, meaning that the bank will, at the merchant's request, execute the refund to the card holder's account.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before the courier departs for delivery. To cancel, contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Once the courier is en route, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may simply decline all items at the door.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, or force majeure events.

Privacy Policy

On behalf of 365.APParel, we undertake to keep the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic information about customers and data required for business operations and for informing users, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. We give customers the option to decide whether or not they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees who need that data to perform their job. All employees of 365.APParel (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Card Payment Data Security

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available.

Payment data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd — the entire payment process takes place on the bank's pages. At no point is card payment data accessible to our system.

VAT Statement

Alisa Mikhailovskaia PR Beograd has never been registered in the VAT system.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade.
